  • Create Kubernetes manifests
  • Create Docker Compose stack
  • Monitoring setup (Prometheus + Grafana)
  • Create Helm charts
  • Logging aggregation (Loki/ELK)

2. Integration Testing (High Priority)

  • SDIS integration assessment (66 unit tests)
  • Federation integration assessment (55 unit tests)
  • Document integration requirements
  • Multi-node SDIS tests (production phase)
  • Multi-coop federation tests (production phase)
  • Load testing scenarios

3. Performance Optimization (Medium Priority)

  • Benchmark critical paths
  • Database optimization
  • Network tuning
  • Memory profiling

4. Security Hardening (High Priority)

  • Security audit checklist
  • Penetration testing guide
  • Vulnerability scanning
  • Secrets management

Timeline

Week 1 (Dec 17-21):

  • Day 3: SDIS integration tests
